  • Fixed an issue where archiving a large number of faxes through the portal resulted in an error
  • Fixed an issue where tags on fax numbers were not updating in the UI without a manual page refresh
  • Fixed an issue where a port-in status would incorrectly revert from "Completed" when a late FOC webhook arrived
  • Fixed an issue where the requested FOC date displayed in the UI was off by one day
EHR – NextGen Document Management
  • Fixed an issue where required date fields were incorrectly treated as optional during document processing
  • Fixed an issue where the document processor was limiting NextGen DM document types to a maximum of 50
Portal
  • Fixed a styling issue causing the Webhooks tab to appear unstyled
Workspace
  • Fixed an issue where splitting a document incorrectly preserved the original document's type instead of applying the appropriate type to the split result

Workspace – Documents
  • Patient names now display in full when hovering over a document, making it easier to identify records at a glance
Fax – Numbers
  • Improved handling of port-in webhook errors: the system now correctly processes "PIN is invalid" group statuses, reducing failed or stuck port-in requests

  • Fixed an issue where Document Types could be created under the wrong account.
  • Fixed an issue where Basic Users were unable to assign a Document Type to a document.

  • Fixed an issue where uploading a document would silently fail with a "Could not convert document to PDF" error, causing the document to disappear.
Fax
  • Fixed an issue where the download option was incorrectly disabled for split faxes in a failed state.
EHR Integrations
  • Fixed an issue where the ModMed setup modal would not close after a successful integration.
  • Fixed an issue where OpenEMR login was not functioning correctly.
Branding
  • Fixed an issue where creating a custom domain would fail due to palette validation errors.
Extraction
  • Fixed an OCR formatting issue that was causing downstream extraction errors.
New Features & Improvements
Fax
  • Admins can now upload images directly within the cover page editor.
  • Fax resend and forward operations now use PDF instead of TIFF, improving compatibility and document quality.
Identity & Account
  • User deactivation is now handled distinctly from deletion, giving administrators more flexibility in managing user access.
  • The sign-up flow now includes additional fields for Company, Industry, and EHR to better capture account context at onboarding.
  • The list of available Industry selections has been expanded to better reflect the range of customers on the platform.
EHR Integrations
  • Extended field support for OpenEMR has been implemented at both the platform and state management levels.
  • Extended field support for ModMed has been implemented at the platform level.
Workspace – Documents
  • The date column in document lists now displays the inbox date for clearer chronological reference.
  • Documents can now be sorted from oldest to newest.
Portal
  • Product access icons in the Portal have been updated for improved clarity.

Fax
  • Resolved an issue where port-out numbers were not included in associations after being soft-deleted.
  • Reverted tag colors back to original.
Identity
  • Fixed an issue where the SCIM banner was incorrectly displayed for users whose SCIM status had not been set.
New Features & Improvements:
Fax
  • Users will now receive email confirmations when a port-out request completes successfully.
  • Annotations in fax history can now be edited directly, making it easier to update notes after the fact.
Portal
  • The Webhooks page now includes an account filter, allowing users to more easily find and manage webhooks by account.
  • Departments can now access the Help tab in the portal.
Workspaces
  • Added a Send to EHR action in document history, giving users a time stamp on when and where a document was sent.
  • Classification Models have been moved to the Settings area for a more intuitive navigation experience.
  • The Split Processor can now be launched directly from the Document Processor, streamlining multi-document workflows.
  • When split analysis detects that a document contains multiple segments, users will now see a clear visual indicator — making it easier to identify and act on complex documents.

EHR Integrations
  • Fixed an error in ModMed where uploading a document would return an "Invalid file/format not supported" message.
  • Fixed an issue in NextGen Document Management where the processor displayed a completed status even when an upload had failed.
Workspaces
  • Fixed an issue where document details could not be viewed if the user did not have access to the document owner's account.
  • Fixed an issue where settings for other accounts were not visible.
  • Fixed an issue where the IDP report was not correctly accounting for managed accounts.
  • Fixed an issue where the Packet Analysis setting was not saved when creating a new workspace.
New Features & Improvements:
Workspaces Tags
  • Tags can now be assigned in Workspaces
  • Tags can be created and managed in Workspace Settings
  • Tags can be assigned to multiple documents at once using bulk actions
  • A new filter has been added to the document list, allowing you to search and filter documents by tag.
