Would it be possible to rename the "History" Menu option as "Inbox" and have History/Archive as a submenu option instead? or add the ability to rename it?

It would be helpful to be able to add a name to recurring reports.

In the newer update to the website view, it has the side panel collapsed by default. Can this be a global/sub-account toggle that we can define for our clients? I have had several customers struggle to find History, Cover Pages, Numbers, etc.

Allow a custom field value to be used as the source for rendering an image on the cover page. Maybe add a "Custom Field Name" input when adding an image to a cover page in addition to the "Source" field. Use the value in the custom field name for rendering the image on the cover page. The value would need to be a publicly-accessible URL.

As a service provider, I would like for my end user subscribers to be able to access the Block Spam function without giving them complete Admin access.

It would make it easier to block spam fax senders by being able to block them on the 'History' page directly without having to navigate to Numbers, Blocked numbers, and adding them there.

When selecting faxes in History, there are options to Archive, Download, View/Print, Save to Drive, and Send to Sign. It would be very convenient to be able to block numbers here, on both an individual and bulk level.

How I set up my main account is different than how I want my subaccount setup. It would be nice if there was a setting page for sub-acccount setup defaults.
