Ability to adjust the content/description of the login page would be very nice! Specifically the "Welcome Back!" part of the login page.

for now, we need to select the country code each time when we do fax in printer software as the default is US. If the country code can be set for other country as default that can help us to save a lot of times

After having input almost 200 contacts into our new Documo fax system and having to change the country code each and every time for the fax and phone #'s of each contact --- we would love to ask if you could please give clinics the ability to choose the country that they live in as a default and then we won't have to manually change to Canada 2X for each contact. It would be a great time saver! Thank you!

Currently to select a different cover page, or even to verify what cover page is selected as the default cover page, the user has to sign into Documo site to perform this action. This is time consuming. It would be beneficial, if from Jane software, we could see what cover page is selected and to be able to choose a different cover page if necessary.

Allow users to see all faxes for associated numbers even when sent through API

Like the Blocked Numbers feature but reversed where only Approved contact numbers (set up like the Blocked List) can send faxes to client. Helpful for companies heavily targeted by inbound Spam faxing.

It would be nice to show if the fax has been opened by making it dull or identifying new faxes as being bold font.

When a user selects to customize a cover page, they can only select from the system templates. It would be great if user could also select to edit cover pages that are set up at the Account level.

The development team confirmed that column definitions are not currently included in the API documentation. I'd like to see this added, so I am submitting this feature request through the portal.

Either add the ability for users assigned to the number to see all outbound faxes on that number or create a new role called number administrator and allow users in that role to see all outbound faxes on the numbers assigned to them.
