It would be helpful to be able to add a name to recurring reports.

The Usage By Account report is nice but you need to run 5 different reports to see the details for Inbound, Outbound, FMC Inbound, FMC Outbound and Forwarded. Can there be an option to download all 5 of those in one report? Currently, we would need to download all 5 individual reports and then combine them into one report that allows us to see the total usage for each customer, for each type, in one report.

I think many could make use of the ability to apply changes to multiple users/subaccount users at once. Being able to update certain user details (caller ID, fax notification settings, etc) of multiple users the same way we can delete and transfer multiple users via checklist would save a lot of time when making repetitive changes. The .exe file itself is too big to be uploaded into some RMMs for scripting purposes. A download URL will allow admins to silently install the software onto devices for faster implementation of this product. Support said there is no download URL and there is nothing of the sort in website elements. Even an .exe that's smaller and downloads the app files would suffice.

Allow users to see all faxes for associated numbers even when sent through API

At the Admin level, we would like to disable users from creating their own fax cover pages and only have the ability to use our company's custom cover page, which ideally would be automatic (like the email to fax setting has)

I would like to be able to move documents to a folder (archive?) once they are signed and reviewed/downloaded by me to make the dashboard less cluttered

We want to have the ability to add fields automatically to the names of our sent faxes. As an example, it would be great to have the subject line added to the file so we can more easily find the file in the future if we are trying to track it down. This prevents us from having to rename every file as an additional step.

I get about 3000 faxes a month and must store them for 7 years. What I would like to do is have a unique id added to the pdf and the file name. Id like to have a unique id/the faxid apended to the printed/pdf copy and the file name in combination with sftp this would allow me to refrence the exact fax in my order management system and ditch storing a paper copy.
