Would like to generate a report that can track pages faxed by email within an account.

You need a way to expand storage beyond 1GB.

Our billing platform generates usage based on the fax phone number. In order to bill our customers properly we need a report with the individual calls or I would think phone number and total minutes/pages would be fine.

When we have fax failures due to busy fax or whatever the reason and documo automatically retries 3 times and then gives up, would it be possible to have it try another 3 times, but do it after normal business hours? Or try the first time and the other 2 tries are done after hours. All of our customers are clinics and their faxes are extremely busy during the day.

It would be nice to get a text or an email when faxes are available. Otherwise, I have to log in periodically to check.

When we start a port in request (before it was even accepted by the losing carrier) it seems that you start routing faxes (coming from your own network) to the number internally (so if we - as a Documo user - send a fax to this number from our Documo account it will come in through Documo and will not go to the old provider.) This is wrong and unexpected given that the number has not yet ported over to you. Please change this, so that it doesn't route internally (intra-network) until the porting fully completes.

Add subject field for Inbound and Outbound and an option to Rename that Subject field. to better identify each fax besides in addition to the TAGS. With Updox a popular eFax competitor whatever the sender writes on the Subject line shows as ONe of the TAGS for inbound faxes. ITS A GREAT FEATURE! and search bar can filter by what that subject line reads.

On the Port Out page there is a list of past port out requests, but for any order that's already done it's missing all the details including even the Number. Please retain on that page also past orders with the numbers. Why shouldn't we be able to go back and see any orders that came in in the past and the end result?

currently, i can only add a phone number, an email, a fax number, etc. some people have more than one fax line so it would be good to be able to add two fax numbers for a single contact.
