it's really annoying having to say "yes I'm sure" every time you want to remove an individual tag from a fax. maybe you can add an option that essentially says "do not ask me again" so the people who don't want that second step of verification aren't slowed down when it comes to removing unnecessary tags. ever since this feature was added it has slowed down my team by a noticeable margin.

At the very least give this ability to Owners and Admins.

Allow users to see all faxes for associated numbers even when sent through API

It would be helpful to associate fax numbers with a name (ie. Department or purpose). If a number has a name, show the name in the "My Fax Number" section of the "Send Fax" screen. This way, users who might send from multiple numbers can select by common name rather than needing to memorize a number or rely on a list of numbers managed outside of Documo.

Either add the ability for users assigned to the number to see all outbound faxes on that number or create a new role called number administrator and allow users in that role to see all outbound faxes on the numbers assigned to them.

We need a way to sort through the History tab and easily preview faxes without opening each individually. Maybe a hover over popup or a preview screen below or to the side.

We have several people that barely ever send faxes, but need to be able to see the sent faxes from others. Every time they go to the Fax History they need to open the filter and click the X by their email address. It would be great if there was an option to have the filter stay the way you left it, or to change the defaults on the filter for a particular user.

Is there a way that an email notification can be sent to the administrator if the monthly amount of fax pages has reached a certain percentage for that month. This way an organization can keep tabs on the amount of pages faxed and not go over.
