Fax
- Improved Caller ID Management— Your default Caller ID will now automatically clear if the associated fax number is no longer available, preventing issues with sending faxes.
- Updated Porting Documents— We've updated our Letter of Authorization (LOA) template to use the correct terminology for a smoother porting process.
- Streamlined Fax Numbers Page— The Fax Numbers page now displays more compactly, showing condensed user lists and formatted numbers for easier viewing.
- Retained Approved Caller ID Requests— Approved Caller ID requests will now remain active even if the user who submitted them is deleted, ensuring continuity for your fax operations.
- Assign Caller IDs to Specific Users— You can now assign specific Caller IDs to individual users, giving you more control over who can use which Caller ID for outbound faxes.
- Improved Fax History Filtering— The fax history user filter now more accurately displays faxes directly associated with a specific user, distinguishing them from faxes accessed via team assignments.
Documents & Workspaces
- Share Documents for External Review— You can now easily share Workspace documents with external guests for review, streamlining collaboration outside your organization.
- Track External Document Views— You can now see when an external guest views a shared document in your Workspace document history.
- Send Workspace Documents as Faxes— You can now directly send any document from your Workspace as a fax, integrating your document management and faxing workflows.
Guest
- External Document Approval— Guests can now approve shared documents directly, and their approved versions will be automatically updated in your Workspace.
- Set Expiration for Shared Documents— When sharing documents for external review, you can now set an expiration date, ensuring sensitive information is not accessible indefinitely.
Sign
- Automated Signature Requests for Workspace Documents— When you send a document for signature, its linked Workspace version will now automatically update to show a pending signature request.
