Our new v2 reporting system is designed to be faster, more flexible, and fully customizable to meet your specific needs. Here's a snapshot of what you can expect with v2:

Please note:
- The shift from v1 to v2 includes a change in how faxes are measured: v1 reports used the 'resolved at' date/time, while v2 reports utilize the 'created at' date/time. This might result in slight discrepancies between the two versions.
- As we continue to enhance our reporting capabilities, please be aware that billing reports in the old format (v1) are deprecated and will no longer be available no sooner than November 1, 2024. We encourage you to transition to v2 reports for all your billing purposes.
- In mid May, you will only be able to pull v1 reports for the prior 13 months.
