I have a customer that has over 70 location and this is part of the requirement for them to change fax service providers. We would need a client installed on a local PC that has access to local printer. The Client would stay logged into mFAX account and any new fax would automatically get printed to a designated printer.

been working on this...Power Automate could probably do this. For now, I'm testing out Automatic Email Manger.
