Add subject field for Inbound and Outbound and an option to Rename that Subject field.
to better identify each fax besides in addition to the TAGS. With Updox a popular eFax competitor whatever the sender writes on the Subject line shows as ONe of the TAGS for inbound faxes. ITS A GREAT FEATURE! and search bar can filter by what that subject line reads.

While we don't currently have this feature to auto-populate a tag based on subject line, you are welcome to use our custom fields which can be edited after a fax has been received.
