The new UI is un-intuitive and hard to navigate. Sometimes you have to use one search field to look up a customer account, sometimes it the other one, depending on the menu your on. Why two? If you already have a customer filtered and go back to the page to search them again, it keeps them filtered, but doesn't show the result. if you remove the filter, then search them again, it adds them as the same filter and then shows the result. If you search a customer, it will show "no results found" for a few seconds before finally showing the results. I'm not sure why this UI was even changed, the last UI was perfectly fine, and easy to navigate. The new one feels like cheep vibe coded AI slop that no one bothered to perform any UX or accessibility tests.
