Could there be an integration where we get inbound faxes to then be uploaded to our clinic google drive (instead of downloading the fax and then uploading). Thanks.

It would be helpful to be able to add a name to recurring reports.

The .exe file itself is too big to be uploaded into some RMMs for scripting purposes. A download URL will allow admins to silently install the software onto devices for faster implementation of this product. Support said there is no download URL and there is nothing of the sort in website elements. Even an .exe that's smaller and downloads the app files would suffice.

At the Admin level, we would like to disable users from creating their own fax cover pages and only have the ability to use our company's custom cover page, which ideally would be automatic (like the email to fax setting has)

it's really annoying having to say "yes I'm sure" every time you want to remove an individual tag from a fax. maybe you can add an option that essentially says "do not ask me again" so the people who don't want that second step of verification aren't slowed down when it comes to removing unnecessary tags. ever since this feature was added it has slowed down my team by a noticeable margin.

At the very least give this ability to Owners and Admins.

Add ability to internally "name" fax lines rather than using the number. e.g. "HR" instead of (123) 555-1234, "Primary" instead of (800)555-9999.

It would make it easier to block spam fax senders by being able to block them on the 'History' page directly without having to navigate to Numbers, Blocked numbers, and adding them there.
