Platform/Fax/Signature

We have several people that barely ever send faxes, but need to be able to see the sent faxes from others. Every time they go to the Fax History they need to open the filter and click the X by their email address. It would be great if there was an option to have the filter stay the way you left it, or to change the defaults on the filter for a particular user.

I receive a lot of the same type of faxes, I want to be able to get specific info from each fax such as patient's name/id, referring clinic, etc.
