Platform/Fax/Signature

Incorporate a step into the fax blast process by which a sample (just the first record) is presented for review before sending. This is more important in this section than regular faxing because senders stand the risk of mislabeling fields, or attaching a wrong file that will go out to hundreds of fax numbers.

When we start a port in request (before it was even accepted by the losing carrier) it seems that you start routing faxes (coming from your own network) to the number internally (so if we - as a Documo user - send a fax to this number from our Documo account it will come in through Documo and will not go to the old provider.) This is wrong and unexpected given that the number has not yet ported over to you. Please change this, so that it doesn't route internally (intra-network) until the porting fully completes.

It would make it easier to block spam fax senders by being able to block them on the 'History' page directly without having to navigate to Numbers, Blocked numbers, and adding them there.

When selecting faxes in History, there are options to Archive, Download, View/Print, Save to Drive, and Send to Sign. It would be very convenient to be able to block numbers here, on both an individual and bulk level.

Add ability to internally "name" fax lines rather than using the number. e.g. "HR" instead of (123) 555-1234, "Primary" instead of (800)555-9999.

Ability to rotate a document in Workspace.

Add ability to sort faxes in a workspace by patient last name or date that fax was sent.

It would be helpful to associate fax numbers with a name (ie. Department or purpose). If a number has a name, show the name in the "My Fax Number" section of the "Send Fax" screen. This way, users who might send from multiple numbers can select by common name rather than needing to memorize a number or rely on a list of numbers managed outside of Documo.

We need a way to sort through the History tab and easily preview faxes without opening each individually. Maybe a hover over popup or a preview screen below or to the side.
