In the newer update to the website view, it has the side panel collapsed by default. Can this be a global/sub-account toggle that we can define for our clients? I have had several customers struggle to find History, Cover Pages, Numbers, etc.

Currently, the download button for faxes is located within the 3-dot menu on the right side. To improve user experience and streamline access, we suggest adding the option to place the download button directly beside the 3-dot menu. This would make it more convenient for users to download faxes with a single click, without navigating through the additional menu.

Update SFTP Authentication options to allow using an SSH Key.

You need a way to expand storage beyond 1GB.

Our team frequently sends faxes and saves the fax confirmations directly to our company CRM. Having the ability to identify who we are sending to without needing to log back into your portal and manually save the email would be incredibly helpful.

Users only able to see notifications and attachments for faxes they sent, not the whole number. The ability for Admins to MASS edit this for Selected users from the Users settings menu.

We have observed that the fax notifications are inconsistent depending on the status of the fax. I will attach examples. Interestingly enough the failure for "Faxing to my country not allowed" provides the best information in the notification and we would like to see ALL notifications be consistent and show this information (which includes the subject from the email).
